I draw from a variety of modalities depending on the needs of my clients. These modalities include Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Attachment Focused, Compassion-Focused and Mindfulness-based therapies. I believe in an eclectic approach to therapy combining relational work, psychodynamic exploration, somatic focused, and behavioral exercises.
What to Expect at Your Visit
All sessions are currently being conducted via Telehealth due to the pandemic. Prior to our first session, I will email you the initial intake forms to complete and return to me. The first session is typically 50 minutes long; however, if I have the ability, I will often go longer in order to gather more information about you.
