These modalities include Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Attachment Focused, Compassion-Focused and Mindfulness-based therapies. I believe in an eclectic approach to therapy combining relational work, psychodynamic exploration, somatic focused, and behavioral exercises.
